Graduated as journalist in Graz and now mainly writes as freelance journalist for the Kleine Zeitung and Bike Citizens Magazine. He is no real urban cyclist, as he does not live in the city, nonetheless he spends several hours a week on the saddle.
She lives in the Rhine Main area and enjoys to daily commute to work with her Holland bicycle. Monotony is not her thing. She likes to make detours to encounter new routes. In her leisure time, she's riding a road bike, likes to be at the sea or in the mountains – always accompanied by a bicycle, as she would not travel anywhere without.
Born in 1987, Juliane enjoys cycling in and around the borders of the German capital. Having chronical wanderlust, a chance to travel never escapes her eyes. At her blog “Radelmädchen” she writes about urban cycling and cycling wear. The topic of her master thesis was: Urban clothing for women with or without a bicycle.
Karen runs the Urban Independence Magazin since 2017. The passionate pedal pusher has already travelled plenty of miles on her bike. Today she combines either a folding bike and a bike trailor for kids or a Compact Cargobike with the railroad in Berlin and Brandenburg, touring mostly with her daughter.
Her approach to riding a bike is multilayered with a love of detail, but always practical, going back to the days of her youth spend in Austria.
Markus Seppälä is an invasive species biologist who has lived in Helsinki all his life. He has a burning passion for anything and everything cycling related. He was former project manager and designer for Box Bike Helsinki.
Born in the Welsh border region of the UK, I’m the queen of the country lanes. Happiest riding my bike, wherever I go my bike comes with me. I enjoy all disciplines of cycling both competitively and for fun. I have raced around the world on my downhill bike. Now I love the freedom of exploring new places. Attaining a BA Media & Sports Journalism naturally I enjoy writing about my passion, sharing my knowledge.
Ryan Waddington is a Professional Triathlete and avid traveller. He moved to Adelaide for the glorious summers and incredible cycling. He is also a qualified Economist and Teacher.
Among his colleagues he regularly provokes raising eyebrows when he cycles to work even during the heaviest rain. He studied political sciences, lives in Hannover and workds as a freelance journalist.

Tobias Finger studied social sience and works as a freelance journalist in Berlin. Whenever he takes a break from writing, he is riding his bike through the German capital.
